Robert L. Gardner

Middletown, RI - Robert Louis Gardner, 49, of 1 Continental Drive, Middletown, died Monday, April 19, 2004 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI.He was the husband of Cynthia Miller Gardner. Born in Naples, Italy, on September 13, 1954, he was the son of the late Donald Kenneth and Fortuna ?Flo? Romito Gardner. Mr. Gardner was an Education Director for CCR Computer Labs in Warwick, RI. He was the lead singer in a local band called Carisma. Mr. Gardner was a den leader for PAC 109 in Middletown and had also coached little league baseball. Besides his wife he is survived by three sons Donald Kenneth Gardner, Matthew Robert Gardner and Alexander Romito Gardner all of Middletown, RI, two daughters Bobbi Lee Gardner and Jessica Theresa Gardner both of Middletown, RI, and two brothers Frank K. Gardner of Middletown, RI, and Donald W. Gardner of Coventry, RI. Arrangements are by the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
