Robert R. Anderson

Robert Raymond Anderson, age 60, of Newport died Sunday, September 16, 2012 at home in Newport. Mr. Anderson was born June 27, 1952 in Newport, RI. He is the son of Robert R. "Sunny" Kuiee and Julianna (Monterio) Anderson, and stepson to the late David Anderson Jr. He worked at Salve Regina University for 10 years, he also worked at Metropolitan Cleaners for 7 years and at the Newport Naval Base for 10 years. He was a loving father. He is survived by his mother Julianna (Monterio) Anderson of Newport his father Robert "Sunny" Kuiee, his sisters, Tina Kuiee, Rosa Kuiee, Kitty Kuiee, Cheryl Bryant, Toni Anderson Taylor and her husband Earl, Laura Anderson and his brothers, Mode Kuiee, Gello Arce, Michael Monteiro, Nathaniel Anderson, Jeffrey Anderson and his wife Marie and Tony Kuiee. He is also survived by his children, Kerry Haskett, Robert Greene, Desiree Scott, Jannea Sailsman, Brandon Jenkins, Tyesha Carter, Geoffrey Anderson and Leilani Anderson. He is also survived by aunt , Emily Harvey and her husband Pete, his uncles John Bennett, William Kuiee, Jack Kuiee, Denise and Elijha Keese, and 12 grandchildren and 46 nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his good family friends Wanda Greene, and Billy Cohen.
