Roger Dale Pinheiro

Middletown, RI - Roger Dale Pinheiro, of 32B Ludlow Road, Middletown, RI, died Friday, December 15, 2006 at Newport Hospital, Newport, RI. He was the husband of the late Maureen Prendergast Pinheiro. Born in Newport, RI, on March 6, 1940, he was the son of the late John and Gertrude Lawton Pinheiro.Mr. Pinheiro was a welder for the former Newport Shipyard and the Newport Bridge Authority. A quiet man, he stayed close to his family. He is survived by son Jeffrey S. Pinheiro and a daughter Danette M. Moore both of Middletown, RI, a daughter Tammy Lee Loving of Holiday, FL, seven grandchildren Christopher A. Marley of Newport, RI, Meaghan E. Loving of Holiday, FL, Ryan Peckham of Portsmouth, RI, James Cabral of Woonsocket, RI, Bryan Cabral and Dylan Vieira both of Middletown, RI, and Ainsley Pinheiro of Spain, and two great grandchildren Kaitlyn B. Marley and Kayla M. Marley both of Freetown, MA. He was also the father of the late James Pinheiro, and brother of the late John Pinheiro, Harry Pinheiro, Joseph Pinheiro, George Pinheiro, Manuel Pinheiro, and Gertrude Bidlack.
