Rosanna Beebe

Middletown, RI - Rosanna Beebe, 93, of 200 Center Avenue, Middletown, RI, formerly of Coggeshall Avenue, Newport, died Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Newport Hospital. She was the wife of the late William O. Beebe. Born in East Providence, RI on Dec. 13, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Leonardo and Theresa Perreira Pignatiello.Mrs. Beebe was a communicant of St. Lucys Church in Middletown. She is survived by her children, William Beebe, Jr. of Brockton, MA, Inga Sheekey of Hialea, FL and Rosalie Connell of Newport, RI, Robert Beebe of Portsmouth, RI, Richard Beebe of Darien, CT, Donald Beebe of Middletown, RI, James Beebe of Middletown, RI, John Beebe of Middletown, RI; her sisters, Alexandrina Impelliteri of Middletown, RI and Lucy Bastinelli of Norfolk, VA; 18 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Joseph Beebe, and also her siblings, Lawrence Tribuso, Beatrice Eddy, Hilda Castro, Theresa Silvia and Mary Cochrane.A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 9 am in St. Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown.Calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 4-8 pm in the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport.
