Warren, RI - Rosemarie Jarvis Mitchell, 61, of 39 Warren Avenue, Warren, formerly of 1287 Main Road, Tiverton, died Thursday, May 27, 2004 at Rhode Island Hospital Providence, RI.She was the wife of John E. Mitchell Jr. Born in Newport, RI on July 8, 1942, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elvira Russell Jarvis. Mrs. Mitchell was awarded the ?Molly Pritcher? award by the 103 Field Artillery of the Rhode Island National Guard. She was a communicant of St. Lucy?s Church. Mrs. Mitchell loved doing her ceramics and needle point. Besides her husband she is survived by three sons Michael Joseph Andrews of Antioch, TN, David Allen Andrews of Flint, MI, and Adam Joseph Mitchell of Warren, RI, her daughter Diane Andrews of Pawtucket, RI, her stepdaughter Lori Devos of Newport, RI, her brother Donald Jarvis of Middletown, RI, her sister Elizabeth Jarvis McDonald of Carroll, OH, nine grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.Her funeral will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2004, at 7:30AM, from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 8:30AM, in St. Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown. Burial will be in St. Columba Cemetery in Middletown. Donations in her memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 209 Cottage Street, Pawtucket, RI 02860.
