Portsmouth, RI - Russell T. Lacey, 86, of Portsmouth, died Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Charlton Memorial Hospital Fall River, MA. He was the husband of Phyllis R. (Wilson) Lacey of Portsmouth, RI. Born in Boston, MA on May 16, 1927, he was the son of the late William and Mae (Keating) Lacey. Mr. Lacey was a resident of Portsmouth since 1968. He was a plant manager for North East Petroleum in Tiverton. Besides his wife, he is survived by his children, Phillip E. Lacey of Portsmouth, RI, Russell W. Lacey of Westport, MA, Paul J. Lacey of Tiverton, RI, Theodore Lacey of Somerset, MA, Charles Lacey of New Jersey, Sheryl Williams of Stoughton, MA, Deamy Esterbrook of Quincy, MA, Robert A. McNaught of Oak Harbor, Thomas J. McNaught of Weymouth, MA, Kathleen Brown of Wareham, MA and Barbara Gesner of Westport, MA, his sisters June Murphy of Weymouth, MA, Deamy Maggio of Quincy, MA, and Irene Clarke of Randolph, MA, thirty two grandchildren and many great grandchildren.At the request of the family all services are private.
