Ruth Ann Mccomb

Newport, - Ruth Ann McComb, of 269 Gibbs Avenue Newport, died Friday, January 2, 2004 at Newport Hospital Newport, RI. She was the wife of Norris L. McComb. She was the daughter of the late Richard Francis Dooley and Anna Herget Dooley. Mrs. McComb attended Pennsylvania College for Women in Pittsburgh. Her interests included ocean travel, she sailed on various cruise ships and visited several Carribbean Islands. She particularly enjoyed trans-atlantic crossings on the Queen Elizabeth 2. She is survived by her husband Norris L. McComb of Newport, RI, her daughter Tracey Ann Moore of Middletown, RI, and three grandchildren.Funeral Services and Burial will be private.Arrangements by the Memorial Funeral Home, Broadway, Newport.
