With heartfelt sadness, we have lost our brother, Stephen Robinson of Tiverton, RI, he passed away on November 21, 2024.

He was the son of the late James and Mildred Robinson.

In his youth, he was a student at the Friendship School and also worked at the Newport Naval Commissary Store at NAVSTA Newport.

Stephen always had a big smile on his face, regardless of his disabilities. He was content with his life. He enjoyed listening to music, especially Elvis Presley, Stephen was one of his biggest fans. He also loved watching movies, "Halloween" being his favorite.

Our family would like to say than you to the staff at Althena Orchard View Manor Nursing Center, East Providence, RI, for their compassionate and sincere care that they all provided to Stephen, until his passing.

We would also like to thank the doctors and staff at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River.

We would also like to say than you to his "second" family at Rocky Knoll Group Home for their love, kindness and care that they provided to him for many years.

Stephen is survived by his siblings, Catherine Pacheco, Linda Poe, Brian Robinson, James Robinson, Kevin Robinson. Stephen is also survived by many nieces and nephews. 

Stephen is preceded in death by brother, William Robinson.

Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday November 26, 2024, from 11-12 pm at Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway in Newport.

His funeral service will be immediately following at noon.

Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park, Howland Avenue in Middletown.
