Susan Mary Bourque

Middletown, RI - Susan Mary Walsh Bourque, 50, of 6 Burton Place, Middletown, RI, died Friday, June 23, 2006, at St. Annes Hospital in Fall River, MA. Born in Boston, MA, on May 19, 1956, she was the daughter of the late John Joseph and Jeanne Regan Walsh.Before moving to Middletown, RI in 1992, Mrs. Bourque was a long time resident of Roslindale, MA. She was a graduate of St. Claires High School in Roslindale before graduating with a degree in nursing from Quincy College School of Practical Nursing. She worked as a licensed practical nurse for the Grand Islander Health Care Center in Middletown for many years. She is survived by her three daughters, Kate R. Bourque, Alyxandra ?Sachi? Bourque and Kheldhe Noni Bourque, all of Middletown, RI, her son Jonathan J. Bourque of Middletown, RI, her sister Donna J. Gatsoulis and her husband, Vasilios Gatsoulis, of Roslindale, MA. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Arianna Papadopoulos.Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2006, at 8:00a.m. from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00a.m. in St. Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown. Calling hours will be held Tuesday, June 27, 2006, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00p.m. in the Memorial Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held in Boston, MA at a later date.
