Theresa C. Perry

Theresa Cloud Perry, 78, of 60 Turner Road, Middletown, RI passed away on Friday, May 13, 2005, at Miriam Hospital, Providence, RI. She was the wife of the late Anthony F. Perry. Born in Middletown, RI on March 29, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Manuel and Mary Elshant Cloud.Theresa grew up in Middletown and was a 1944 graudate of Rogers High School after school she worked at Shortline Bus garage. She owned and operated Perry Farm with her husband until his death in1985. Theresa voluntered at the Newport Hospital and at St. Lucys Hearth. She was a member of Kiwanis, the Garden Club, the Middletown Senior Citizens Center and was also a communicant of St. Lucys Church. She is survived by her sons Anthony Perry and Alan Perry both of Middletown, RI, her sisters Agnes Shaffell, Margaret Deery and Sarah Almeida all of Middletown, RI, her granddaughters Kimberly Perry and Tracy Perry, her great grandchildren Konner Kluth and Kailyn Mello and her daughter in-law Deborah Perry, and her caregiver and friend Peggy Rice.She was the sister of the late John Cloud, Joseph Cloud and Mary Keith. Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, at 8:00am, from the Memorial Funeral Home, 375 Broadway, Newport, with a Mass of Christian burial at 9:00am, in St. Lucys Church, 909 West Main Road, Middletown. Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, from 4-8pm in the funeral home.
