Portsmouth, RI - Theresa Bartenbach, 83, of Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, September 3, 2011 at Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA.She was the wife of the late Harold A. Bartenbach Sr. Born in Fall River, MA on November 2, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Aldei and Rose St. Pierre Barrette. She is survived by her sons Robert Bartenbach of Tennessee, Harold A Bartenbach Jr. of Dundee, FL, and, Michael Eugene Bartenbach of Middletown, RI, her grandchildren Jessica, Justin, and Ian Bartenbach of Dennis, MA, Eric Bartenbach of Savannah, GA and nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ray Barrette, Lucy Strout and Claudette Sykes.Mrs. Bartenbach was a loving mother and grandmother.Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, September 06, 2011, from 5-8pm in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI.Her funeral will be held on Wednesday September 7, 2011, at 9:00am from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am in St. Anthonys Church, 2836 East Main Road, Portsmouth.Burial will be in Newport Memorial Park in Middletown.
