Thomas A. Gamon, Jr., 64, of Bristol, beloved husband of Alice M. (Laureanno) Gamon entered into rest Wednesday, September 30, 2015 surrounded by family. Born on March 6, 1951 in New Haven, CT, he was the son of the late Thomas A. and Gloria (Doolittle) Gamon. Tom retired from the Bristol County Water Authority in 2014 after 30 years of service. He loved golfing, especially with his brother Ronnie, and spending time with his grandchildren.Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, October 10th from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at Connors Funeral Home, 55 W. Main Rd., Portsmouth.Tom leaves behind two children, Gregory Gamon and Justin Gamon of Bristol, two brothers, Gregory Gamon of Jamestown and Ronald Gamon of Bristol, and three sisters, Deborah Luther of Bristol, Suzanne Del Vecchio of North Kingstown and Valerie Robertson of Norwell, MA. He also leaves 4 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
