Portsmouth, RI - Thomas Martin Scullen Jr., 57, of 55 Douglas Avenue Portsmouth, died Tuesday, February 10, 2004 at home.He was the husband of Norma Martin Scullen of Portsmouth, RI. Born in New York City, NY on March 24, 1946, he was the son of the late Thomas Martin and Barbara Andersen Scullen. Mr. Scullen was a Navy Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Lodge #4487, Middletown, RI. He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Norma Scullen of Portsmouth, RI, his son Thomas Scullen of Groton, CT, two daughters Lisa Marie Scullen and Jennifer Scullen both of Middletown, RI, his grandson Xavier McCann of Middletown, RI, and his stepson Patrick McCuin of Newport, RI.He was the grandfather of the late Kevin Ward and the brother of the late Judith Devine.His funeral will be held on Saturday, February 14, 2004, at 10:00 AM in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.
