Portsmouth, RI - Thomas P. Longo, Jr., 70, of Portsmouth, died Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at Philip Hulitar Inpatient Center Providence, RI. Born in Providence, RI on January 18, 1943, he was the son of the late Thomas P. and Lucia (Tullo) Longo. Tom served in the Navy during the Cuban Missile Crisis Blockade. He went on to work for Verizon for 31 years and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. He is survived by his brother Martin Longo of Providence, RIFriends and family are invited to attend calling hours Saturday morning from 9-10. His funeral will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, at10:00am in Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871.
