Vivian Lillian Ellis

Vivian Lillian Nee Breeze Ellis of Portsmouth, RI died March 9, 2012, at the age of 96. She is preceded in death by her husband Grenville Brigham Ellis, her son William Grenville Ellis Nancy, her grandson Scott Kempton Ellis, her sister and brother Edith and Harry Riefler. Vivian was born in Bronx, NY, on June 19, 1915 to the late Sidney and Edith Hiscock Breeze.She was the mother of John Ellis Roberta, grandmother of William Ellis, Jr. Lola and Bradford Ellis Diane, great grandmother of Anna Ellis and Tucker Ellis and Aunt to George Donna and Roger Toni Riefler.Her family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at Sakonnet Bay Manor and Pamela for their years of compassion and care; Pat Conway, her friend of 44 years; and Laura, her friend and care supporter. In addition, the family expresses appreciation to the nurses at St. Anns Hospital.For all who knew her Vivians spunk remained right up to her last day.Her funeral will be held on Wednesday, March 14, 2012, at 2PM, at the Trinity Cemetery, East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI.
