Wanda C. Silvia Seveney Portsmouth, RI - Wanda C. Silvia Seveney, 76, of 2368 East Main Road Portsmouth, RI, formerly of 3279 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI, died Sunday, January 25, 2004 at St. Annes Hospital Fall River, MA.She was the wife of the late Benedict Seveney. Born in Fall River, MA on March 30, 1927, she was the daughter of the late John C. and Helen Kieltyka Silvia. Mrs. Seveney was a self-employed dress maker for 50 years, retiring in 1977. She was President of the Quaker Manor Tenants Association. She is survived by her daughter Patricia M. Seveney of Swansea, MA, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.She was the sister of the late Alfred Silvia and Irene B. Szeliga. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, February 3, 2004, at 10:00AM, in St. Barnabas Church, 1697 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be in Pocassett Hill Cemetery in Tiverton. Donations in her memory may be made to the Visiting Nurse Service of Newport and Bristol Counties, 1184 East Main Road, Portsmouth, RI 02871. Arrangements are by the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.
