Wayne Anthony Pollard

Wayne A. Pollard, age 68, of Portsmouth, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly on October 21, 2020.

Wayne was born in Lexington, MA to Robert and Dorothy Pollard. He graduated from Wentworth Institute with a Degree in Architecture and Business. His entrepreneurial spirit brought him on several career paths throughout his life. His passion throughout his life was cooking, and his favorite restaurant endeavor was the 10 years as owner and chef of WindSails Restaurant in Portsmouth. He also loved animals, especially his dogs.

Wayne is survived by two daughters, Angela Pollard of Portsmouth and Alyssa Pollard of Fall River, his former wife Susan Pollard of Fall River, and several extended family and friends.

Calling hours for Wayne Pollard will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2020, from 5:00-7:00 PM in the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth.
