Wayne Phillip Greene

PORTSMOUTH, RI - Wayne Phillip Greene, 54, of 87 Freeborn Street, Portsmouth, RI, formerly of Newport, RI, died Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at his home. Born in Boston, MA on October 24, 1950, he was the son of the late Chester and Thelma Greene. Mr. Greene was a graduate of Johnson Wales College where he studied Culinary Arts and became a chef working for many years at the Newport Navy Base. He also worked for many years at JJ Webb Moving Company. Mr. Greene also was a fisherman and belonged to a motorcycle group. He is survived by survived by a brother Leonard Greene, and his cousins Reginald Nalle of Middletown, RI and Rosalind Greene of Newport, RI. His services will be private.
