William B. Weaver

William B. Weaver, 61, of Portsmouth died Friday, December 21, 2012 at home in Portsmouth. Bill was born October 4, 1951 in Milledgeville, GA. He is the son of Doris (Bayne) Weaver of Milledgeville, GA and the late William Weaver. Bill grew up in Georgia and attended the University of Georgia. He began his career with NHD Hardware stores and accepted a position as store manager in Middletown. He later accepted a position with Ocean State Job Lot and was most recently working for Saccucci Honda. Time outdoors was time well spent for Bill, whether fishing or camping. He also enjoyed watching football and driving all over New England exploring.He is survived by one daughter: Hannah B. Gielczyk of Beaufort, SC and one son: William T. Weaver of Middletown, RI, his mother Doris (Bayne) Weaver of Georgia; one sister: Carol Hallisey of Atlanta, GA; and two grandchildren, Elijah and Penelope, a niece Katherine Smith and a nephew John Smith. He was preceded in death by a sister, Ginnie Smith.A memorial service is to be scheduled in January.
