William (Will) (Bubbie) Christian Foreman, was born January 22, 1999 to Stacey Scott and William (Roy) Foreman. He is the third of four children. He was a delightful young child and enjoyed playing with his sister and brothers and loved outdoor sports. Will attended Denbigh Christian Academy, Newport News Virginia, Creek Side Elementary School, Suffolk Virginia, John Yeates Middle School, Suffolk Virginia, Nansemond River High School Suffolk, Virginia and Rogers High School, Newport, Rhode Island. He attended school in Suffolk, Virginia from 3rd grade until 9th grade. The family relocated to Rhode Island where he finished 9th grade and started his sophomore year at Rogers High School. He continued to have communication and visited his school mates and friends from the Suffolk area on visits back home. Will was a very good student. He loved school and was popular on the play ground as well as in school. Will loved video games, skate boarding and riding his bike, he enjoyed being a big brother to Zion. He was 6 feet two inches tall and excelled in sports. Will was a natural athlete. He played football and basketball. Will worked his first part time job in Rhode Island at the commissary taking out groceries. He loved the job and the tips. Will was a people's person, had a great smile and a pleasant disposition. He enjoyed spending time with is grandparents, Will and his cousin Demarco enjoyed riding in his grandfather's antique car in the annual Oyster Festival parade. He spent time doing the summer vacation in North Carolina, Georgia and Texas with his grandmother. He loved his grandparents. He enjoyed eating at Sonic with his cousin and uncle. He loved his mother, was very protective of her. He communicated with her via text throughout the day. Will was also a very obedient child. He loved his iPhone and used it to communicate with his friends and family. Will loved his sister, called her Sissy. They played and rough housed around until he grew bigger. He has two nieces; he met 7 month old Saraiah the first time on Christmas day. Will loved his Stepfather Derrick Cooper. Derrick was very supportive. He attended all of Will's games and activities. Will loved family. The family moved to Newport, Rhode Island in April of 2014. Will adjusted very well and really loved the new place. He was a sophomore at Rogers High School. He made new friends and excelled in his school work, football and basketball. He wore Jersey Number 7. He was very popular at Rogers High school, well liked by everyone. The school held a game in his honor on Jan. 2, 2015. The entire community supported the event. The team wore "Rest in Peace Banners". A moment of silence in his honor was observed during the game. The game winning shot was completed by the team mate that wore Will's Jersey number in his honor. Will had two very special first cousins Demarco Alexandra Scott and Javel Foreman, who were like brothers to him, Godmother; Cheryl Jacobs, Suffolk, VA. He has a host of other relative and friends. Will was mature beyond his years, he handled life well, he had a sweet and tender heart. He will be deeply missed by his classmates, friends and family.
