William Harold Irons

BRISTOL, RI - William H. Irons, 84, of RI Veterans Home, Bristol, RI, formerly of Cole Street, Jamestown, RI, died Sunday, May 29, 2005, at RI Veterans Home, Bristol, RI. Born in Newport, RI, on April 7, 1921, he was the son of the late Gustaf and Claudia Lyndle Irons.Mr. Irons worked repairing musical instruments for twenty years, retiring in 1985. He is survived by his nephews James W.B. Irons and Scott K. Irons both of Newport, RI, and Ronald T. Irons of Guilford, CT, two grand nieces and three grand nephews. He was the brother of the late James F. Irons and uncle of the late Carl Irons. A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 13, 2004, at 9:00AM, in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 301 South County Trail, Exeter.
