Yvonne I. Esparza

Portsmouth, RI - Yvonne I. Berard Esparza, 88, of 153 Viking Drive, Portsmouth, RI, died Saturday, July 21, 2007 at Grand Islander Health Care Center, Middletown, RI. She was the wife of the late Raymond F. Esparza. Born in Montville, CT on April 2, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Blanche LaVoie Berard.Mrs. Esparza was a communicant of St. Anthonys Church. She is survived by her sons Armand R. Labbe, Jr. of Stark, FL and Jeremiah J. Labbe of Florida, eight grandchildren, five great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.She was the mother of the late Richard Labbe, the grandmother of the late Jacqueline Labbe and the sister of the late Alphonse Craig. Her funeral will be held on Thursday, August 2, 2007, at 9:30am, from the Connors Funeral Home, 55 West Main Road, Portsmouth, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00am, in St. Anthonys Church, 2836 East Main Road, Portsmouth. Burial will be in St. Columbas Cemetery in Middletown.Calling hours will be held on the morning of the funeral from 8-9:30am, in the funeral home.
